AAPNC and its #TrashChallenge in the prestigious naturist magazine H&E

We couldn't be happier with this news!

Our #TrashChallenge in Cantarriján has crossed borders. And in what way.

Last June, the prestigious naturist magazine H&E dedicated an incredible repor about Cantarriján, the cleanliness of the beach that we did naked and the implementation of the optional clothing area of the Restaurant La Barraca, located on the beach.

H&E Naturist (originally Health and Efficiency) is a world-leading monthly commercial magazine that focuses on the nudist/naturist lifestyle.  His regular articles and columns focus heavily on travel, health and culture, as well as various articles on arts and books with a theme focused on the naturalness of the naked body.

H&E was first published in 1900. At the time, the magazine covered health issues and general advice on how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

In the 1920s, when nudists began publishing their activities and forming collectives, he became one of the first diffusers of his cause by publishing his letters, articles and photos.  Later, this material occupied a larger proportion of the magazine, in particular because it absorbed other health and naturist newspapers, such as Health and Vim and Sunbathing and Health Magazine.

After World War II, nudism experienced massive expansion and H&E was made monthly. Throughout the 1950s and in the 1960s, H&E's reputation as the "nudist bible" grew.  The H&E audience was made up of nudists who were members of British clubs and those who used British beaches.  A small minority who were lucky enough to be able to afford a holiday abroad and tried the delights of the French and Yugoslav nudist facilities, provided H&E with the first travel reports of "naturists abroad".

This was an indication of what was to come, as, in the 1970s, cheaper trips abroad allowed many more British naturists to visit the south of France, Spain, Greece and Yugoslavia.  H&E reflected this change and soon became an international naturist magazine that today offers news, travel reports, articles and photographs from around the naturist world.

Well, stay tuned, because we'll soon have a new story in it.

From here we thank Theresa O'Shea for making it possible!
