The Informative Candle that the Amuñécar Tourism Board had installed on the Nudista Beach of Cantarriján, as it had on all the beaches of the Sexitano coast, has now appeared brutally shattered. The perpetrators of this vandalism have left its structure totally useless when ripping the hardware and folding the steel that held a panel that, remember, was the only signage existing until this moment of the traditionally nudist character of the beach.
According to the Association of Friends of the Nudist Beach of Cantarriján, this could not only be an uncirific attitude on the part of some detachable, but this criminal act could obey a nudophobic aggression against the normalization and promotion of the nudist activity of Cantarriján.
"It looks ingested and this is clear that they have had to use some instrument with which to bend the steel," they say from AAPNC, so the cause(s) have had to go to the beach prepared to do so. They were going to tear it apart and we believe the "NUDISTA" signage has had a lot to do with it."
We recall that this association, after meeting previously with Felipe Puertas, Director of the Tourism Board of the Granada town, obtained that the nomenclature of "Nudist Tradition" was printed on the poster intended for Cantarriján.
Now, the beach is once again orphaned by its nudist signage, since the Environment Area of the City of Almuñécar has not yet installed the promised posters that would also carry in its name the word NUDISTA.
The Association operating in Cantarriján ignores whether this candle will be replaced or not. For the moment, they have brought to the attention of those responsible the fact that happened and hope, hopeful, that the candle may be again "waving" on the nudist beach.
